Hello, my name is David Frost and I've been doing my coaching sessions for about four weeks now.  It has been very fun learning about how to find and purchase properties in my area and across the U.S.  I have not been able to purchase any properties at the moment, but the knowledge that I am getting is helping my confidence to grow.  I think in a couple of weeks after my sessions are completed my confidence will be at a high.  I say that because this is all new to me, and I want to be smart in what I am doing. So thank you Tyler Dixon for helping me thus far.  I can not wait to get out in the market!

Our fourth session was supposed to be today which is Monday the 27th of October.  It used to fall on Tuesdays at 9 am.  I’m fine with the switch to Monday but I do need to keep the time around the 9ish schedule.  I have four children and they are going every which direction in the morning so today we were going to change the day to Monday same time and then talk about what time would work for future sessions.  I’ve been at the table looking a tax auctions and checking the updates on bid4assets and it is now 10:30 and still no call so I do know Scott was being switched to a different dept and he may be spread to thin now.  My last comment may have sounded bad but switching my coach would have been ok, I just wanted someone with experience as i have none in the field of real estate and the first guy that contacted me before Scott was fresh off the farm and I think I did know more than he did.

The October 25th Michigan Title-Check online auction was allowed to run online.  Since my home town is Jackson, Michigan, I decided to purchase land in and around Jackson.  I Won the Bid on seven (7) properties!  I set a spending limit and only went over it by $50.  I didn't lose any bids!   I'm happy now!  I finally own some property to resell.  All of our hard work is finally paying off.  So now I am just waiting for the DEEDS and then I can set up my plan for selling the properties. I might be asking you questions as I plan my strategy for selling.
 
Thanks for all of your coaching and getting me over my many obstacles.  It was all worth it!

1. The performance of your coach: I really liked talking to RICK asking questions and getting helpful answers. It just seemed like we were only on the phone to short a time each week.
2. The materials of the course (My Blog): Rick's blog was very helpful to me showing me where and how to research.
3. The hotline: I have no opinion as I have not use it yet.
4. The webinars: not good they are at the wrong time of the day for me to participate in and I feel watching the old one that I am being left out of the loop
5. Customer service: not good as I called them when I did not received my start up package and I still have not been refunded or been sent a replacement.

Last Tuesday I called the coaching department for re-schedule my next session (today at 4:00 p.m.) to the next week. The lady I talked to confirmed that my next session would be held on the next Thursday November 6th. But Mr. Roberto called me today so he was not aware that the session had changed. I tried to contact him but I couldn’t. I don't have his e-mail. I hope this will not be count as a session.

I must apologize for being late in my feedback sessions.  During our first session I felt that Ms. Gurney was up front with the training session and the expectations of her student. She addresses the important issues during the sessions and clarifies any questions that I may have. Ms Gurney projects a professional attitude at all times and offers helpful information to better understand the new language of real estate investing.

My wife and I are very discouraged at this point. We complete one assignment and find there is another one with twice as much to do and accomplish.  There seems to no end to this.  I feel I need a real estate license to be able to buy and sell property.  We have been in this program for several months and we are in debt over $6,000 dollars and have not bought or sold one piece of property.  The ad on TV is very misleading.  We wish we would have never joined this group.  Brad has been very positive with us and keeps telling us we are getting close.  We were getting excited and then we received our 7th lesson and there is so much more we have to do it is just overwhelming for us.  We just want to be able to sell some property to be able to pay back what this has cost us.   We really thought this was going to be our answer to making a better living.  We wanted to be on the success team.  All of our family told us we were crazy to do this and we wanted so much to be a success and show them we did know what we were doing.  Now, it looks like to us that they were right.   We are also being charged $59.95 each month from Strategic Services for having an account that we have never used.  I have been out of work for 6 months and we do not have any money and now I have more payments to pay because of what is charged for this program.  We were promised we would have it paid back in a couple of months after joining the team.  Well, so much for that. Please respond back to us as to how we can get our money back as soon as possible.  Thank you.

This was my first coaching session. I am looking forward to my next session already. The best part is your coaching method. Specifically, I like the concept of receiving session notes from the coach prior to each session. That way, I can stay on track while we are on the telephone because I don't have to take so many notes.  Bonus is I can make additional notes right on my printed version of Edwin's notes.

I enjoy my time with my coach, but I am having a hard time with computer I try so hard to put in 15 hrs. A week I am working my self sick. Trying to get my work done, but I will not give up no matter how long it takes.
